A personal reflection on JOSEPH and next steps for the productionMarch 14th, 2020
Friends, I had to share a personal reflection. This news about JOSEPH is presently hard to take; but we are choosing to look with hope and commitment to the future possibility of this show. This dream isn’t over.

TICKET INFO: FOR NOW HOLD ONTO YOUR TICKET UNLESS YOU WANT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE – it will be valid for when we do find out what we will do with this production in the near future.
JOSEPH will not be presented in its originally planned time slot of March 26-April 5. We are investigating opportunities to present the show at another time, but cannot commit to that as of yet.
At this time, ticket-holders for JOSEPH who purchased through the box office can contact the Grand Theatre Box Office at 519.672.8800 with the following options:
1. You may apply exchange your tickets for our spring presentation of SOMETHING WICKED: A Villainess Revue (playing June 24-27) or upgrade to a dinner-and-show ticket.
2. You may request a credit for MTP’s 2020-2021 Season of shows. We have not yet announced our show titles for next year but are able to transfer your purchase to a credit to be used on a future show.
3. You may request a refund for the value of your tickets that you purchased by subscription or by single ticket.
If you purchased your tickets through a cast or crew member, please contact the cast or crew member to obtain your refund or exchange, or to arrange your donation.
As a not-for-profit organization, we ask for our audiences support at this time of crisis and that you consider donating the value of your ticket to Musical Theatre Productions. Donations can be made via e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org using the password hint: “Donation”, and password: “mtplondon”. Tax receipts are not able to be issued for these donations.
We ask for patience and cooperation as the Grand Theatre Box Office team works to address all affected aspects of our programming as well as theirs. Higher than usual wait times should be anticipated when contacting the Box Office.
We are saddened to hear that our production will not be able to continue at this time, but thank you all for your continued support for this and future productions. We encourage all of our patrons to stay safe at this time and to continue to support the London theatre community. At times like this, we must all work together to ensure that the arts can continue in our community.
